Hugo Risan has great success these days!
His debut album, “Hugo Risan – Finally”, has really placed Hugo in the line of the most popular artists in Norway and have received a lot of good critics for his album and a lot of conserts to come.
Hugo is now being played on many radio stations around the World and you can find him on play lists in countries like: USA, Australia, South Africa and many country`s in Europe.
Hugo Risan has just releast a new radio single, “ Tennessee River Run” who will be on Hugo `s next album planed released in August/September 2007.
“Tennessee River Run” is already number 2 on Live 365 NCR (Norwegian Country Radio) Top 20 List.

As we all know by now, Hugo is also a songwriter and got his first European hit, “Hello Darlin`”, recorded by Arly Karlsen to reach NR: 2 on the ECMA (European Country Music Association) TOP 100 List!
Hugo has now started co-writing with one of Nashville leading singer/songwriter, JUDY RODMAN, who has been writing songs for million sellers like: LeAnn Rimes, Diamond Rio,
Tammy Waynette, Wynona and Randy Travis to mention a few.
Judy co-wrote “One Way Ticket (Because I Can)” with Warner writer Keith Hinton to be recorded by
LeAnn Rimes for her breakthrough album Blue, and Judy found herself with a number-one hit single…again!
The song went on to sell over a million copies, which garnered Judy Rodman a “MillionAire” award from BMI.
Judy is currently writing for her own publishing company , “Favorable Wind Songs,” (BMI)
